STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY

Next day delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland cut off times for all  orders are 5.00pm. For deliveries to the Islands (channel Islands, The Scillies ,The Isle of Man, The Hebrides , Shetland and Orkney Islands) customers should allow up to 72hrs. Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e - mail of the revised delivery date.

 

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders above £50.00 excluding vat will include delivery to anywhere in the United Kingdom.

All orders under £50.00 excluding vat will cost £7.25 per delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom.

For orders to Ireland and the Scottish Highlands , the delivery charge will be £15.00

 

RETURNS POLICY

Please notify us within 72hrs should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied we will  require

the following information.

 

  > Delivery note number  <

 

  > Internet order number <

 

  > Product code <

 

  > reason for return (faulty , incorrectly ordered etc ) <

 

  > the quantity of each item(s) ordered/received <

 

Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns for any food or beverage items.

Business machines cannot be resold if the box has been opened, therefore you cannot return a business machine once it has been opened unless it is faulty or damaged.

 

BACKORDERS

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder , you will be notifed by e-mail of the expected delivery date. Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date specified. If the new delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card.

 

SHORTAGES

Please advise us immediatley if any item you have order does not arrive or is faulty.

 

CREDITS

Once goods have been collected from your premises they will be returned to our warehouse. Once they have been booked in a credit will be raised against your credit card. Please be aware that this process may take up to 7 working days from collection of goods.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If an order has not been despatched it may be possible to cancel the order, however should the order have already been processed it will not be possible to stop the goods being delivered. If this is the case simply arrange a collection in the usual way once the goods have been delivered.
